Rock Bottom Ranch is ACES' 113-acre mid-valley center for environmental education, land preservation and sustainable farming on the Rio Grande Trail. It practices regenerative methods including multi-species rotational grazing, pastured poultry and greenhouse vegetable growing, and runs a farmer training program, a summer CSA and on-site local food sales.
