Aptera designs and develops ultra-efficient, solar-powered electric vehicles that dramatically reduce energy use, emissions, and reliance on charging infrastructure. Our vehicles combine an ultra-light composite body, industry-leading aerodynamics, and integrated solar panels capable of providing up to 40 miles of daily driving from sunlight alone. Green practices: As our operations expanded, we identified several environmental challenges, including reliance on single-use plastics, inefficient waste sorting, and outdated water fixtures. To address these issues, we eliminated single-use plastics wherever possible and introduced reusable or compostable alternatives. Certified through a Green Business Network program (Certified Level).
