Huntington-Beach resident and business owner Dee Dee Brooks came to finance and insurance planning for individuals and employers from the sciences and served in Strategic Planning til forming her own agency in 1994. She does have a certificate in Hazardous Materials management from UCI, but her passion (and frugality) led her to solar energy when it was first available for homes (she’s on her second set of panels). Certified through a Green Business Network program (Certified Level).
