Westside Boards handcrafts eco-friendly bodysurf handplanes and surf-inspired furniture. We originally started seven years ago with an idea for a surfboard growth chart for our oldest daughter. Since then, we’ve combined function and style with the art of board building to make practical surf inspired products. Westside Boards is committed to the environment and makes eco-conscious choices wherever possible. Green practices: All of our products are made from wood that is either reclaimed or comes from a sustainably managed forest. This in turn helps to prevent damage to eco-systems, watersheds, and other forest values and allows us to meet the social, ecological, cultural and spiritual needs of present and future generations. Certified through a Green Business Network program (Certified Level).
