Food Forward fights hunger and prevents food waste by rescuing fresh surplus produce, connecting this abundance with people in need and inspiring others to do the same. We recover produce from backyards, farms, public spaces, farmers markets, and wholesale markets, and donate 100% of it to local hunger relief agencies. Green practices: Food Forward’s work is explicitly focused on environmental stewardship. Certified through a Green Business Network program (Certified Level).
