Elder-Well Adult Day Program is a social-model adult day center in Santa Monica that provides structured daytime care, engagement, and support for older adults, including those experiencing cognitive decline. Our program focuses on connection, routine, and meaningful activities that enhance quality of life while providing respite for caregivers. Green practices: As part of its initial build-out prior to licensure, Elder-Well incorporated sustainable practices from the outset. The organization replaced outdated fixtures with energy-efficient LED lighting, installed low-flow plumbing fixtures to reduce water consumption, and selected ENERGY STAR-rated appliances. Certified through a Green Business Network program (Certified Level).
