Flapjax Diner is located at 2315 Wilshire Blvd, just up the street from the Santa Monica Bru's Wiffle location serving a modern take on classic breakfast brunch, and lunch fare. Woman owned founder, Ebru Fidan Caplan, was born and raised in Turkey where she learned the art of cooking through her family hotel and restaurant business. With several vegetarian and vegan menu options, such as the Turkish inspired “menemen”, everything is made from scratch, using whole food ingredients. Green practices: In addition to serving in reusable dishware for inhouse dining, Flapjax abides by Santa Monica’s Disposable Food Service Ware ordinance by procuring to-go containers made from marine-degradable natural fiber materials that can be composted. Certified through a Green Business Network program (Certified Level).
