A Family Legacy Tectonic's first retail location marks a significant milestone for Deaton Pigot, a 2nd-generation cafe owner from Australia. With over a decade of Aussie hospitality experience and close to 20 years in roasting, green coffee buying, and wholesaling, he's bringing a world of expertise to this new venture. We proudly serve our flagship Tectonic blend as both espresso and house drip, which we fondly refer to as our 'Bogan Brew'. Green practices: Tectonic Coffee is committed to green operations by sourcing Certified Fair Trade coffees and teas, choosing unbleached paper goods containing post-consumer recycled content, and using ENERGY STAR–rated equipment. The team has improved waste diversion with clearly labeled indoor recycling bins and a new outdoor recycling/trash station. Certified through a Green Business Network program (Certified Level).
