Pilatesology is a small family-run company that wants to help you build a body you can depend on. For life. Because that’s what Pilates can do when you practice the way Joseph Pilates intended. At Pilatesology, we bring together the best classical teachers in the world, including two who learned from Joe himself (you can only see them here). Our teachers are respected for keeping Pilates true to the source. We offer both in-studio and online classes. Green practices: We operate a clean, green studio by using only non-toxic cleaners, eliminating single-use plastic bottles and offering a pure, filtered water refill station, and using energy- and water-saving features. Certified through a Green Business Network program (Certified Level).
