form & MOVEMENT Pilates is a boutique fitness studio and retail store located on the water at Alamitos Bay Landing. We focus on private and group sessions in a welcoming, clean and GREEN environment. Sweat happy in diverse group classes: Pilates on the Mat, Reformer, Yoga and cardio. Group classes will challenge your mind, strengthen core muscles, improve balance and relieve pain for improved health and sculpted muscle tone. Green practices: Our Mission is to welcome and treat clients, instructors and the environment exceptionally well. From the start, conscience decisions were made to equip the studio with energy efficiency, organic products, reusable supplies and recycled materials. Certified through a Green Business Network program (Certified Level).
