For 42 years Monarch Services has provided domestic and sexual violence services to the Santa Cruz County community. Our focus has been two-fold: to serve marginalized populations with a lens of cultural humility; and to provide quality holistic services that allows individuals and families to heal and create a life of health and well-being. It is with this history that Monarch moves forward in 2019 and beyond in providing no cost, low barrier, comprehensive trauma informed care to our clients.
