We offer fine vegan, organic, non-GMO cuisine for dine-in and to cater. Green practices: 1. being organic and vegan means we save more water (98 gallons for an average vegan meal compared to 5200 gallons for one lb of beef). 2. being organic and vegan means we don't add any chemicals to the environment or cause: deforestation, desertification; soil degradation; loss of bio diversity on the land or in the oceans, etc. 3. Certified through a Green Business Network program (Certified Level).
