Applied Marine Sciences, Inc. (AMS) began as a direct result of its efforts to support the remediation of sensitive ecosystems which were impacted by the Exxon Valdez oil spill. Since its inception, AMS has expanded to provide advanced, scientific analysis in a wide array of ecological services for private industry, engineering consulting firms, non-profit organizations, academia, and public agencies at the local, state, federal, and international level. Green practices: Applied Marine Sciences, Inc. is proud to participate in the California Green Business Network and collaborate with our local green economy. AMS offices are conserving energy and water, using non-toxic cleaners, recycling, and reducing waste.
