Crystal Creamery has two major plant operations with a wide range of capabilities. Each of our plants has unique qualities, which compliment each other. Our Modesto plant is a high volume, high efficiency facility and our second plant in Fernbridge is a smaller, nimble facility located in the Northern California Coast. 5 Plants Under 1 Roof: Fluid, Cultured, Ice Cream, Butter and Powder SQF Ed 8.1, HACCP/HARPC, Kosher Certified, Organic Certified. Green practices: Some of the dairy company’s milestones include: • The installation of a 1.1 MW solar panel system to reduce energy demand • Recycling more than 97% of the company's waste • Replacing all lighting with energy-efficient LED lights • Installation of energy-efficient equipment and use of electric forklifts and pallet jacks to reduce energy needs… Certified through a Green Business Network program (Certified Level).
