Catering and Events Green practices: We do not use plastic water bottles, we compost all food scraps and bring the green waste back to our facility when there is not a compost bin at a catering event. We use all compostable disposables or reusable plateware, glassware, linens, etc. We discourage our clients from using non-compostable or recyclable handouts and favors. Certified through a Green Business Network program (Certified Level).
