Casa Sanchez Foods was founded in 1924 in San Francisco by Robert Sanchez's grand parents. We manufacture and distribute corn tortilla chips and fresh salsas. We use roasters, filler and High Pressure Processor for our fresh salsas. We have a full tortilla oven/fryer and packaging system for our tortilla chips. Green practices: We are trying to be green. We monitor waste. We recycle organic waste to a feed recycler. We recycle cardboard and have been training/implementing recycling with our employees in their daily routines. Certified through a Green Business Network program (Certified Level).
