Galant Food Company is a local family business specializing in prepared foods. We distribute our food products to local cafes, delis, and supermarkets in the San Francisco Bay Area. Green practices: Using a PG&E incentive program, we have retrofitted nearly 2000 square feet of refrigerated/ frozen space with "smart" cooling systems; decreasing our energy needs. We are also in the process of a full lighting retrofit for all lighting fixture at our plant. Our Diesel truck is registered with the Air Resources Board and fully compliant. Certified through a Green Business Network program (Certified Level).
