In 2000, three friends got together and launched CMG Landscape Architecture, an urban design and landscape architecture practice based on invention, creativity, and craft. As a mission-based studio, CMG works to increase social and ecological wellbeing through artful design. At the heart of the practice is attention to public space, how the built environment shapes human interaction, and the way innovation can foster a thriving natural world. Green practices: As environmental leaders, we are dedicated to sustainability through our design, research and core business operations. CMGâs landscape architecture and urban planning practice applies climate change mitigation and urban resiliency with strategies for sea level rise at waterfront parks, drought-tolerant landscapes and carbon sequestration sites.
