Design is about creating change in a positive way. Change happens – sometimes it comes from within, in the form of new ways of working or of making better places to learn. Other times it comes from outside, in the form of regulation, client expectations, or generational change. Our work uses design to resolve many challenges – frequently in conflict with each other, like more space versus lower cost. Green practices: We are constantly looking for ways to lessen our carbon footprint around the office. We try to go paperless wherever we can. We are very diligent about our blue and green bins. We encourage our colleagues to ride-share and take transit. And we're striving to cut down plastic use where possible. Certified through a Green Business Network program (Certified Level).
