The Lodge is an historic boutique hotel on the Main Post of the Presidio that’s been renovated into a comfortable and contemporary ‘basecamp’ for adventures in a unique national park setting. As San Francisco’s closest lodging to the Golden Gate Bridge, the modern rooms sport either views of the forest, the bay, the City, the bridge or a combination thereof. Green practices: The Lodge at the Presidio strives to be a denizen of environmentally responsible and sustainable operational practices. We use the most stringent of housekeeping and waste management practices and have also formed a Green Committee to stay on top of the developing technologies and advancements in sustainability. Certified through a Green Business Network program (Certified Level).
