Copper Top BBQ is a family owned and operated small business that opened in 2013. We have grown since that time, receiving multiple best BBQ and best restaurant awards! We specialize in backyard style BBQ with a small town feel. Green practices: Since we built the new location from the ground up with green design in mind we didn't have too much to do. We had to change some of our cleaning fluids and our dish washing sprayer handle, etc, but we had solar panels put in during construction and designed the place to be all electric so that helps a lot. Certified through a Green Business Network program (Certified Level).
