Set on a 74-acre site above Lake Tahoe's West shore, this historic lodge is 4 miles from Tahoe City. The main lodge features rustic-chic rooms and suites with coffeemakers, smart TVs and free Wi-Fi. Airy townhouses add full kitchens, living rooms, fireplaces and decks. Breakfast is included for direct bookings and there's a heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a spa (fee), plus a nature trail, a ski hill, and bike rentals. Green practices: Think of us as Greenlibakken. Working with our neighbors and visitors, we hope to preserve Granlibakken's and Lake Tahoe's natural environment. Our goals include: Improving, restoring and managing our natural habitat conserving water and energy, reducing our waste stream, promoting awareness and greener lifestyles among guests and employees.
