Rather than being a tree-focused reforestation organization, we approach environmental restoration with a community focus. This allows for: The ecology of devastated lands to be restored. Livelihoods to be transformed by alleviating poverty: we hire marginalized people to restore their lands, and we stimulate community-based businesses. Green practices: On top of reforestation as our core day to day work we try to keep our operations as clean and efficient as possible. The Colorado Green Business Network is helping us improve on a daily basis towards lowering our footprint. We are restoring the landscape of our HQ office to be primarily native forest. Certified through a Green Business Network program (Colorado Green Business Network).
