Their award-winning spirits include a single grain 100% heirloom wheat whiskey, an original Cactus spirit and the first 100% native Colorado gin. Their cocktail lounge is housed in the site of the old Valley Farm Dairy building in the heart of Downtown Longmont. Enter from the pedestrian breezeway and enjoy handmade cocktails, delicious spirits, and food from local partner restaurants. Green practices: Dry Land Distillers has designed production systems to be as efficient as possible. We have a closed-loop process that recycles all water used in heating and cooling our process.
