We're even locally organic! We believe you are what you eat. We create our foods with only the purest ingredients to satisfy a hungry belly. Green practices: It is important to us to not only divert waste, but to be mindful about ingredients we source. How the ingredients are grown and where they come from make a big difference to us. Additionally, we use mostly compostable to go ware and we recycle and upcycle as much as possible. Certified through a Green Business Network program (Louisville Green Business Program).
