Founded in 2012 by Mercy McDonald, Jeannine Parisi, and Trevor Ross, Claim 52 Brewing began as a nano brewery in Eugene, Oregon, rooted in homebrewing traditions. Inspired by mentor Scott “Spank Dog” Freitas, Trevor developed early recipes on small systems. The name honors pioneer William Luckey’s land claim, where those recipes were created. Certified through a Green Business Network program (Ambassador).
