I host cooking classes based on ingredients that are seasonably available in our local farmers markets. These are classes that focus on ingredients rather than technique, since great healthy food begins with great healthy ingredients. We are blessed to have access to ingredients produced locally by folks whose primary objective is to serve their stakeholders, not shareholders.
