The Housing and Community Services Division produces and preserves affordable housing and strengthens community services to support low-income, homeless, senior, and disabled Berkeley community members. The Division administers supportive housing, affordable housing policies and programs, and provides funding to community agencies that provide homeless, health, employment, and other critical services.
