Started by Shawn Bergin as a cottage food business in October 2019, it moved to its current location at 4150 Tennyson Street in March 2022. The bakery offers a unique selection of baked goods, committed to sustainability by partnering with organizations like Goodie Bag to reduce food waste and support the community. Bakery Four has been named people's choice best bakery in Westword and 5280 magazine in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
