BeatBox Farms is a 320-square-foot vertical hydroponic farm located behind Vital Root in Denver, Colorado. It yields up to 2.5 acres of farmland annually and has the capability to grow 7,800 plants at once. The farm supplies fresh produce to all Edible Beats restaurants, including Vital Root, Root Down, Linger, El Five, and Ophelia’s.
