Mountain View Community Homes is a project by Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver, building 20 new homes in the Havana Heights neighborhood in Aurora. The homes include three- and four-bedroom duplexes with 1.5 – 2.5 baths and two dedicated parking spaces per unit. Some units have garages as well. The homes are situated on a cul-de-sac near Havana Heights Park, close to green spaces, public transit, and local businesses. The project aims to provide affordable homeownership opportunities to families in a central part of the city.
