Spring Born is Colorado’s largest organic indoor farm, utilizing a 2.5-acre greenhouse to grow 10,000 packs of arugula and green and red leaf lettuce per day. They use 95% less water and 90% less land than traditional farming, providing fresh, local produce year-round.
